Cancellation and Refund Policy

Checkout

A canceled unpaid checkout does not activate a property claim. Payment status is verified by the server.

Before or failed activation

If payment succeeds but a Boardwalk District technical failure prevents activation, we may correct the activation or provide an appropriate refund. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be refunded or corrected.

After successful activation

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital advertising placement and customization access are activated. If a Boardwalk District platform issue prevents us from providing the purchased service, we may offer an appropriate refund, prorated refund, credit, or other remedy according to the circumstances. We retain reasonable discretion to issue refunds or credits where appropriate.

Advertisement review and rule violations

Ad rejection does not automatically entitle an owner to a property-purchase refund. The placement remains available to the owner, who may submit compliant replacement advertising. Serious or repeated Content Rules violations may lead to removal, property or account restrictions, suspension, or termination; enforcement does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Cancellation and renewal

Cancellation primarily means declining a future manual renewal. It does not retroactively undo a successfully activated 12-month term. There is no recurring renewal charge, expiration transition, or automatic property release currently.

Premium creative review

Payment does not start Premium advertising duration. Rejected creative releases its proposed window, while retaining the paid entitlement and correction/resubmission path. Rejection does not automatically refund the order. Approval allocates a full eligible conflict-free duration.
