Review and replacement
An existing approved ad may remain visible while a replacement is under review. Rejection of a replacement does not automatically remove a compliant approved ad. Owners may submit a compliant replacement. Approval does not constitute Boardwalk District endorsement of the advertiser, business, or its claims.
Enforcement and reports
We may reject or remove prohibited content. Serious or repeated violations may result in property or account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Visitor reports prompt human review and do not automatically remove content. Do not copy, upload, or redistribute suspected illegal material through the report form; serious cases need a specialized process.
